Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Panel Todo subscription
Overview
Manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. You can upgrade, downgrade, change payment method, or cancel.
Accessing the Portal
- Go to panel-todo.com/account
- Sign in if needed
- Click Manage Subscription
- You'll be redirected to Stripe
Available Actions
- Update payment method: Change card or payment method
- Switch plan: Monthly ↔ Yearly
- View invoices: Download past invoices
- Cancel subscription: End at billing period
Switching Plans
Monthly to Yearly:
- You'll be charged the yearly amount (€49) minus a prorated credit for remaining monthly time
- Starts immediately
Yearly to Monthly:
- Starts at the end of your current yearly period
- No refund for unused yearly time
Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- No further charges
- Data is retained for 30 days (in case you resubscribe)
- After 30 days, data may be deleted
Resubscribing
If you cancelled and want to come back:
- Within 30 days: All data restored
- After 30 days: Start fresh
Payment Issues
If a payment fails:
- Stripe retries a few times
- You'll receive email notifications
- Update payment method in the portal
- If unresolved, subscription pauses after ~2 weeks
Invoices
All invoices are available in the Stripe portal. They include:
- Amount paid
- Tax information (if applicable)
- Payment method used
- Invoice PDF for download
